Michelle will be on the ‘Good Morning Britain’ sofa at 06:35am tomorrow, 22nd October. Join her as she talks about the need for good, quality Apprenticeships as opposed to poor quality, low training schemes which businesses use for ‘cheap labour’.
Michelle will be on BBC’s Question Time on Thursday 22nd October 2015 discussing the big topics of the week.
For the fifth year running, Michelle will be hosting and attending The Sun newspaper’s annual employment roadshow. We will be bringing together MPs, top business people and job opportunities. Michelle will be offering advice, CV and interview tips to jobseekers.
The Roadshow starts w/c 26t October 2015 and will be in Glasgow, Manchester, London, Bristol and Birmingham
Michelle was invited to speak to speak at a Policy Exchange fringe meeting at the 2015 Conservative Party Conference. The topic was ‘Britain’s War For Talent’ and explored how the UK can attract and retain top talent and whether University is the answer to developing talent. Alongside Michelle on the panel was MP Alan Mak and Lord Holmes of Richmond MBE
2015 saw Michelle finally get around to completing the Marathon du Medoc. 26.2 miles running in fancy dress around the vineyards of the beautiful Medoc region of France.
Michelle has joined forces with The Sun newspaper to call on the government to continue funding for Domestic Violence refugees. As part of the campaign, Michelle visited Downing Street to present a petition.
As an outcome of the campaign, the current government have committed over £3 million pounds to fund the costs of running shelters.

Michelle successfully completed her first Olympic Distant Triathlon this weekend (1.5km swim, 40km cycle and 10k run). She finished in a respectable 2hrs 55mins, which given that she had not swam for over 15 years and has never done a Triathlon was some achievement!

Michelle was proud to work with PC World Business on a recent programme to deliver advice sessions to small businesses. Workshops were ran in Bristol and Newcastle and over 60 businesses attended.
Michelle also held 1:1 surgeries with start up businesses where she provided advice and guidance.
