When North East Lincolnshire council were awarded £18.7 million of government funding, to help establish local businesses and regenerate communities. They promptly said ‘You're Hired’ to Michelle Dewberry who will work on the programme for 12 months as a business mentor, advising the new initiatives on all aspects of Business startup.

When New College in Swindon wanted to launch an innovative programme aimed at giving people a chance to win their dream career they turned to Michelle Dewberry and said ‘You're Hired’, employing her as a mentor and judge to the programme. 

BBC – Building Britain

The city of Hull, East Yorkshire is currently undergoing a major redevelopment.  Millions of pounds are being invested to improve the quality of living in Hull and encourage new Enterprise to the City.  The BBC said ‘You're Hired’ to Michelle Dewberry and asked her to lead a documentary investigating the redevelopment plans and investments to determine whether the city is going to be able to attract the companies it wants to and thus regenerate the city.
